Hi! My name is Emily c: I'm Tocsin-Vesper's new adoptable account, created for the sake of creating an adoptable account!
My Mascot for this account, is (for now?) Charlie Gaard, a character that's related to BellLuces in some ways (she survived being victim to one).
She's the kitty in the ID and the Icon.
(Also, look really closely at the background to the ID. There's a BellLuce there, it's just really, really, really hard to see.)
I have a few rules that are more or less like this:
1. Don't resell
2. I don't care if you use it or not (I'd prefer if you would use it, but I'm not gonna stalk your page to make sure you are)
3. You may draw it, develop it, tweak it a little (don't make it unrecognizable though), make reference sheets for it, etc
4. The code word is "[The codeword changes every sheet]"
5. You have to fill out the following form
Number:
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Birthdate: (Opt)
Personality: (Opt)
Backstory: (Opt)
6. Credit me for the design the first time you use it (if you use it).
7. you may use the design off-site but DON'T repost the picture ANYWHERE ever, if you ask for permission from me I will say no.
9. SEND THE POINTS ONLY AFTER MY OKAY.
10. Put the codeword(s) in your comment if you read all of the above c:
But 1. The Codeword changes every sheet. 2. I make minor alterations in wording and what you need to fill out quite a lot, but the main idea is usually the same.
It's rare when I add entirely new rules/remove a rule, it just depends on experiences and changes in ideas.
I'm currently in the process of creating a unique sheet labelling and folder system. Ideas welcome :3
Speaking of ideas;
I will take ideas for sheet themes and adoptable ideas; but NOT customs. For your sake, not mine. xD
I've learned over the years that I absolutely SUCK at creating customs (and doing commissions, for that manner) in a timely manner, so I just don't so I don't make you wait ;n;"
That's why I'm not going to do art for a living...
Also:
I am open to critiques, as long as they're critiques and not asskissings or bashings.

dont get me wrong i looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove adopts and adopting but i hate school too and i dont relaly have much time to draw and adopt characters anymore without psising people off with low quality or taking forever to reply to people!!!!!!!! so i'm gonna take a hiatus with this account and only check my main for a while Tocsin-Vesper (https://www.deviantart.com/tocsin-vesper)
